My wife and I had the chance to try FrogFit for the first time this week and loved it. Got a great workout , in the outdoors, building community, away from distractions, challenging myself in new ways and improving wellness. Coach Nic runs a great class and is building something special.
My husband and I got to be in the second beta test group and had a great time! I was definitely intimidated if I’d be able to handle a Navy Seal workout but Nic made everything really accessible and modifiable. I also loved hearing stories and aspects of his military training throughout class. Definitely got a great workout but hardly felt like a grind because of the comradery (and the awesome playlist)!

I have had the pleasure of attending FrogFit, developed by Head Coach Nic based on his prior experience. I have to say, it was a fantastic experience!
What I loved:

The FrogFit evolutions provide modifications and progressions for every exercise, ensuring everyone can participate at their own pace.
* Intensity control: You're in the driver's seat when it comes to how hard you want to work. FrogFit encourages you to push yourself, but also emphasizes listening to your body. This makes the class perfect for those days when you want an intense workout, and also for those days when you need something a little more moderate.
* Motivating and encouraging atmosphere: There is a big emphasis on team work, starting and finishing together. FrogFit creates a positive and supportive environment that motivates you to do your best. Their enthusiasm and encouragement make you want to keep coming back for more.

Frogfit promotes an encouraging and very together style of working out that, especially with todays loneliness epidemic, is not very common. A lot of people go to the gym alone or with a partner, which is good for pushing themselves, but for people who want a team building experience with people from all levels of fitness, Frogfit is the right place. With military experience, coach Nic ensures that everyone can do all the workouts at a safe (but certainly not easy) pace and without leaving a man behind.
I’d highly recommend this to
someone who wants to try something more than just an average gym with lifting weights,
to someone who has been wanting to get back into fitness but doesn’t know where to start
and to people looking to join a supportive community.

I just took my first FrogFit class this AM assuming I’d definitely struggle since I’m used to more gentler workouts like yoga. I left feeling quite the opposite! I felt energized and gained confidence in myself. Besides the physical gains, I was quickly reminded that my apprehensive mindset entering is not the way to approach challenges. As a mental health therapist, FrogFit absolutely is excellent for both the mind body connection. I highly recommend it! I think the hardest part of the workout was resisting the urge to not dance along with the amazing playlist! Thanks FrogFit for jump starting my day!

I had the opportunity to join Coach Nic and FrogFit for a fantastic session this morning. As someone who doesn’t work out much and hasn’t been to the gym in a long time, I was quite apprehensive before I got there, but once I did, I had the best time ever. Coach Nic goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and at ease and walks you through the exercises so you understand why you are doing what you are doing, and how it helps your body. I enjoyed getting to try different exercises and being able to control their intensity so that they worked well for me. I am sure I’ll get stronger and be able to do more in future sessions.
The best part of the morning was getting to move with a fun, supportive group of people who backed each other up, cheered each other’s achievements, and laughed together. You immediately feel part of a positive community, something we all could use more of these days.
TLDR: FrogFit and Coach Nic are the best. I highly recommend them for your physical health and mental fitness!
